Spending in 2006 on renovations is expected to increase to offset higher energy bills. Relocations are expected at record rate due to mudslides, hurricanes in the Gulf Coast, Florida and California; military relocations are expected in towns like Colorado Springs, CO due to the closures of U.S. military bases. The number of online open houses are expected to increase, in 2006 consumers will be able to log on to view real-time virtual open houses featuring video tours and online question and answer sessions. |
